    For those of you when up in Hayward WI eat at Famous Daves BBQ, it burned to the ground.

    That's a shame. Famous Dave Anderson is a real class act. He credits Chicago style aquarium smoked BBQ as his inspiration.

    That's a ton of jobs up there too. My bet is they rebuild. We're up there every year and it's spot on good BBQ all the time.

    In the article you linked to, the CEO said that they were going to reopen in tents within a couple of weeks while they rebuild so everyone can keep working during the holiday season.

    Sad to hear this. I've never been to that particular Famous Dave's, but I'm still sorry to see Dave lose his flagship place.

    Checked in on FD's and on December 21st they posted this to their Facebook page:

    We have some great news Famous Fans! We were able to sign a lease for a temporary location in the city of Hayward at the former Canton Garden restaurant. Stay tuned to our Facebook page for future details and updates!"

    That's right in the heart of "downtown" Hayward off the main drag.
