Smoked Turkey for this weekend NOT Thanksgiving?

Hi, it appears that it is impossible to get a smoked turkey for anything but Thanksgiving. Does anyone know of a place that will smoke a turkey for tomorrow night (I know this is a late request!)?

You might try calling Zier's, in Wilmette. They smoke their own meats, and you can order just about anything from them. They're not inexpensive, but they're the best butcher I've ever used, and I've loved just about everything I've gotten there.

You might ask @ Kurowski Sausage on Milwaukee @ Central Park-
They smoke-daily.
And- they also do the same to Meat(s) as well.....
