After a great dinner at Authentico, we walked over to the square and tried out Jolly Good Fellows. Very cute bakery and fro yo shop. One of the flavors was advertised as Ted Drewes Custard. I inquired and apparently they get the mix from Drewes. It was really good. I know many people are huge fans and this is 5 hours closer than anywhere else I know of to get your Drewes fix. The pastries we sampled were also delicious. They had several other St. Louis specific bakery items that I can't recall of the top of my head. Enjoy

If you enjoy great bakeries, I recommend also stopping by Gerhard's. It's right around the corner from Jolly Good Fellows.

I finally tried Ted Drewes last October, it was great. Having it 10 minutes from my house would be cool. 8)

Wait a second. This is misleading. They don't serve frozen custard here like at Ted Drewes. It's just a yogurt flavor called Ted Drewes Custard. Edit the title of this thread immediately iblock! (That being said, I'm still curious and will check it out).

Entrepreneur and TV personality Marcus Lemonis is reaching farther into the Chicago market, this time through a candy shop in Lake Forest. Lemonis and the owners of Jacksonville, Fla.-based Sweet Pete's Candy recently acquired Jolly Good Fellows Sweet Boutique in Lake Forest and plan to convert the store into the Chicago area's first Sweet Pete's location. The transformation, which will take place over the next month, is the beginning of a national expansion for Sweet Pete's.
