Pretty much anything fried and then put in sauce, like most other joints. You'd also assume the noodle soups would be suspect, but they are just so damned good that I order enough for leftovers the next day. Always. Still fantastic, just not as toothsome. Dry and / or three chili chicken or tofu do surprisingly well next day too. If the delivery takes a WHILE, the only thing I can think of that might suffer would be cucumber in garlic sauce, but it'd still be fantastic, just watery. Out of the standard stuff I get from there, I can't think of anything I wouldn't order to be delivered. I'd just be leery of the fried items that you'd be lukewarm on ordering to begin with - err on the side of caution with those. Fried things to be served crisp, and kept warm have never traveled well.
