Zagat Best of Chicago 2015

Zagat has published its top 50 for Chicago.
It's interesting that Avec comes out higher on food quality than Alinea, but it's probably the vagaries of how many hate-posts a given place gets. Others tops in food include Frontera Grill, Joe's Seafood Steaks & Stone Crab, Katsu, Les Nomades and Next.
Top Decor goes to North Pond, Alinea, and Grace. Top service goes to Alinea, Grace, and Next.

But I looked at their tabular listing, and with a little Office-Fu, put together a spreadsheet to calculate what might be best.
So weighting food at 3X, service at 2X and decor at 1X, the bests come out as Alinea, Grace, Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab, Next, Spiaggia, Les Nomades, and Frontera Grill. No real surprise.

Now, lets divide that by the average price...

Big & Little's
Smoque BBQ
Pequod's Pizza
Lou Malnati's Pizzeria
Xoco
Kuma's Corner
Publican Quality Meats
Mixteco Grill

... with Next, Alinea and Grace rounding out the bottom of the top 50. (Avec shows up at #17, quite good).
Squaring the 'total' number, and dividing by the log10 of the cost brings Sabatino's, Avec and Frontera into the top 10... but then I'm really stretching things. How much is cost really worth? How much is a point of service, food quality, etc. worth?
