Was having trouble figuring out why sign ups were a bit slow for this class and realized we never posted here--duh!!
So it's not to late to spend Thursday evening making PASTA at the Fearless Food Kitchen!! Mbh and I are leading this exploration of the Flour + Water Cookbook but, mostly, we'll be doing a hands on pasta class. Sign up here:

Rav dough from scratch to plate--the final dish will be raviolini stuffed with asparagus with brown butter and meyer lemon sauce. We'll be making the dough then later forming the raviolini and cooking it up.
Handforming orrecchiette finished with a pea and Prosciutto sauce (dough will be pre-made)
Spaghetti with wild mushrooms and watercress. (Spaghetti will be pre-made so that it will be dry but we'll be demo'ing the extruder attachment.
We'll also have some fun snacks and it's always BYO.
