Post #1 - April 9th, 2015, 10:28 pmAn email tipped me off to this cool set of video profiles of local eateries, bars and the folks that make them tick. Not surprisingly, a few of LTH's faves are featured in season 1, including GNRs Scofflaw, Birreria Zaragoza and Elizabeth Restaurant.
Foodphiles
I thought the segment profiling Danny Shapiro and Scofflaw was especially interesting because it was almost entirely focused on their process. As many times as I've been there, I learned a lot from watching it. Ditto for the Zaragoza and Elizabeth pieces, both of which were also quite informative. It's also cool that some recipes are included. If you get a chance, I highly recommend checking out these nicely-produced, short videos.
