    .
All from the thread have spots and there is room for a few additional as we are expanding the number for this dinner. There will also be a special guest the one the only Colleen Rush, co-author of Low Slow 2, the tall and talented crrush on LTHForum.

Going to be fun and delicious, looking forward to Wednesday 4/29

Thanks to all who came for the Pitmaster dinner, in particular Colleen Rush co-author of Low & Slow 1 and 2. Great turn out, terrific time.

Porchetta, technique in Low Slow 2, turned out particularly well as did the macque choux.

I thought this was one of the best pitmaster dinners yet. I guess it shouldn't be surprising since Gary and Colleen have been working on these recipes for a long time now. Great work guys!

My first thoughts have been self-censored as I missed this thread until today. Although I am relatively new to participating on this site I have been a long time lurker and am kicking myself for not seeing this in time.

Oh well my loss I am sure.

Gary suggestions on where to pickup a copy of your new co-endeavor? I am tempted to buy the kindle version from amazon as my copy of Low and Slow was "borrowed" and I can't get the usual suspects to fess up.
