Top 101 Restaurants in America: The Meal [+Top 50 Casual]

So here's the list: http://www.thedailymeal.com/101-best-restaurants-america, plus there's a link to the Top 50 Casual. I must say that I'm disappointed. There's only one Kansas City resto that makes either list–Arthur Bryant's–and I'm amazed that anyone still thinks that AB's is even in the top five in KC.

Many of the fine-dining places seem to me to be a bit long in the tooth. Plus, the geographic concentration is (perhaps inevitably) is The Usual Locations. Kansas City has some James Beard winners, surely that would qualify them in the top 101?

Oh well, one person's list is not necessarily another person's list.
