Washington Post article about how organic standards are set

Hi- There was an article in the 4/28 Washing Post about how organic food standards are sometimes compromised to allow man made substances. There was a organic potato grower who wants to use a man made substance on his potatoes to prevent sprouting, because it works much better than the organic option. Here is a link to the article.
