    Year after year at the famed tournament, the sanctity of the lunch hour in France leaves tennis stars scheduled for early matches playing before half-empty stadiums. That is because ticket holders insist on filling their stomachs before they fill their seats. The fact that menus at the French Open are nearly as world class as the athletes doesn’t help either.
