    Hey Folks

    Henry here, one of the partners over at Analogue
    as I had mentioned to a few LTHr's in the other night
    we are doing our first Crawfish Boil Sunday, May 24th (Memorial Day Weekend)
    It will also be the first night we open our new back patio space
    Fredo's cooking up all you can eat crawfish and we'll have a special NOLA inspired drink Menu

    I had mentioned wanting to give you guys a leg up on tickets before we go public
    and they had suggested this being a good place to do it

    In spite of the crappy weather, this turned out to be a great event. We started out on the new back patio and when the rain came, the staff did a remarkably efficient job of moving everyone -- and their crawdads -- inside.

    I didn't bring my camera but here are a couple of shots I grabbed with my phone . . .

    These were served generously, and constantly replenished, via large scoops. Not pictured in this shot are the corn, potatoes and excellent housemade sausage that were part of the delicious boil. Even the heads of soft garlic that had taken on the flavor of the boil were hard to stop eating.
