Post #1 - July 21st, 2015, 3:58 pmGlutinous rice, sticky rice, whatever it's called - I'm looking to make mango with sticky rice. Ran out of my bag of special rice, and I'm wondering if any Near West Burbmates have seen it on a shelf nearby. I live in Berwyn. Sure, I can travel to the fun mkts in Uptown, just wondering if there's a spot closer by the hood. The last bag I bought was close to where I worked, but I don't work there anymore, so...anyone? I meant to take a closer look through the rice section at my Tony's on my last visit but I forgot. I have a feeling I would have remembered seeing it in there on previous visits though.We cannot be friends if you do not know the difference between Mayo and Miracle Whip.

Post #5 - July 22nd, 2015, 6:49 pmSkunked at Marianos on 31st and Wolf. I saw 3 horses brand jasmine and a few other jasmines so I thought I might have struck gold in the Thai section. They actually have a decent rice selection in a different section as well, but no sweet jasmine or real sticky rice.We cannot be friends if you do not know the difference between Mayo and Miracle Whip.
