BBQ soup noodle, to make at home

I began reading this forum a few weeks ago and have been to LTH and Ed's...both wonerful...now I would like to make salt and pepper shrimp, found a recipe for that...and LTH incredible shredded pork with brown gravy on a bed of noodles, crispy underneath, soft and chewy up top...Could anyone guide me to or provide a recipe for this dish???
