    There is a taco truck in my hood that has brains on the menu but I don't eat the slow moving items on the end of the menu next to the pickled pigs feet. The chefs at Zombie Burger wanted brain burgers on the menu when they were working on the concept but the marketing people or management of the group that owns the place said no.

    Had a brain omelet or two in France back in the day. There's a Pakistani restaurant here in Montréal that serves brain masala that is killer good. Great stuff.

    But from a can? Huh, dunno; have to try it.

    Camelid meat seems frequently a little "tough" to me (probably due to low levels of fat, marbling, etc.). Ground camel would seem the way to go.
