    Yeah, chili tamale/tamale boat/mother-in-law (the non-hot dog bun definition) are probably the best use for this chili, but I do enjoy a chili mac or even just plain chili with lots of oyster crackers from time to time.

    Have you had Lindy's before? Just wondering if you're comparing it to itself or other chilis. Lindy's is generally an underwhelming experience if you're expecting "normal" chili.



    I work nearby at the jail and frequently have lindy's as it is an easy in and outfor large takeout orders. Apparently, the Archer location has new owners and all new staff. The current version not as good as the last owners. Perhaps time will tell. Will go back after Christmas and will see!!
