    So glad I work for a company that doesn't give us MLK Day off :roll:

    At least I'll always have my ticket from the last true Doug's day (number 13!) to comfort me when I have to miss a pop-up.

    I don't think we waited even 30 minutes. The PQM folks have it down to a science, giving out coffee and cookies to keep everyone warm and in good spirits. Once you order, your food is ready almost immediately and then you take it across the street to eat at the Publican.

    Food was fantastic, obviously.

    No line at 5 p.m., though they were down to only two (delicious) sausage options: Chint Ross + Peter Rullo. Duck-fat fries were plentiful.
