Restaurants Nearby - finding a reference for them

When you search for a restaurant on something like GoogleMaps, it gives you restaurants within a radius of a specific address. But is there a site that offers you directions from point A to point B with restaurants on that route?

At least on Android devices (I just don't know for others), this is now possible in Google Maps:
