I found a recipe that requires 1/2 cup coconut milk powder. Does anyone know where to find this? I haven't seen it at Jewel/Mariano's/MarketPlace etc.

    Hi,

I have some I bought at a Burmese store in Fort Wayne.

I would expect to find it in an Asian store, not the American full line stores.

Maybe it is not Bob's Red Mill but instead King Arthur Flour which does have coconut milk powder? google their website.

Coconut milk powder is usually a substitute when you don't have the canned one (since it has longer shelf life). It can be found in oriental grocery stores like Tai Nam, Viet Hoa, or Broadway Supermarket. They are usually sold in small pouches (8 oz or so).
