Oysters @ Happy Hour?

It's been quite a while since we've been to a good happy hour with oysters.... are there any near the Chicago Theatre or between Oak Brook & the city. We're headed to the Chicago Theatre and was hoping to stop on our way in for fresh oysters & a couple of drinks before the show.

Not sure if it meets your needs but Poor Phill's in Oak Park is currently doing $1 oysters from 4-6 weekdays. They don't really advertise it and it seems to come and go somewhat randomly so it's probably best to call first.

Vera on Lake does 6 for $6 on Mondays as well, and this might help if your interested in other 1$ deals:

Easy- Tortoise Club is a short stroll across the bridge and has good dollar ersters at happy hour.

Funny.... our first thought was Poor Phil's, but were looking for other options which you've both provided for us!
