Mushroom Concentrate still available???

I know one of my favorite products called Mushroom Concentrate was available in the Chicago area until the late 80's at least. It was, as the title describes, mushroom concentrate in a thick liquid form, sort of like A-1. It came in a dark brown glass bottle, maybe 6 inches high and the label was a rust/orange color, with brown lettering. I believe there was a drawing of a chef on the main label. I'm also pretty sure it was made in Chicago. My grandfather used to sell it in his Eastern European wholesale business, but he is long gone. I believe that it was available in many Lithuanian and Polish delis. Anyone with Eastern Europe lineage probably had a grandma who used it, on a shelf next to the Vegeta. This stuff was awesome and I haven't been able to find anything like it, or even replicate the recipe. Has anyone heard of this? Even better, has anyone seen this product still around or heard about the manufacturer?
