Hi,
At lunch today, a friend asked where to buy Manila clams. She commented these are often seen in Chinese restaurants, but had not seen them in stores.
Where do you buy fresh Manila clams? If not, is it possible they are frozen and not fresh?
Regards,
Cathy2

I'm pretty sure I've seen them at H-Mart. I haven't looked lately, though.

H-Mart and Mitsuwa are sources.
Both usally have them but call ahead.
Chinese/Vietnamese markets sometimes have them also.
I have never seen them for sale frozen. -Richard

Dirk's will get them for you on demand, assuming they don't have them in stock.
