well it has been awhile, but finally made it to Viet House. They are closed on Mondays and for whatever reason, Monday was always the day I'd try a visit

    Tried two items:

Fresh spring roll with grilled Nem nướng (ground pork sausage which they make in house). Terrific, fresh flavors with the rich grilled flavor of the sausage. They also offer Nem nướng as a lettuce wrap option.

Cơm Tấm Bì Sườn or Broken Rice w/Pork Chop, served w/shredded pork & pork skin. Marinated pork chop had some fat pockets which were just delicious after being grilled. I really enjoyed this dish as well.

Phở is served, both beef & chicken.

I did absolutely nothing and it was everything I thought it could be.

Went for lunch last week. Despite wanting to try something different, found myself drawn again to their house made, grilled, Nem nướng (ground pork sausage) served w/a small bowl of pho stock & slivered green onions and a mound of rice & nuoc cham. Delicious & refreshing.

Oh really? Well that sucks because I've eaten there a few times and enjoyed the food.
