Cafe Prague - Upscale Czech Food - Montclare

I stumbled upon this Czech restaurant and it was entirely different than what I had expected. It has many traditional Czech dishes but also some other dishes that are not so well known.. the food here is very creative. It is almost fine dining... here is the menu for this last week.

Starters
Kale Caesar Salad
kale and romaine lettuce tossed with homemade Caesar dressing,
topped with garlic croutons and sprinkled with
shredded Parmesan cheese

Tomato Gazpacho
with avocado and grilled shrimp

French Onion Soup

Main Courses
Duck Breast Schnitzel
served with boiled potato and mushroom gravy

Roasted Salmon
stuffed with spinach, feta cheese and
sun dried tomatoes served over brown rice-asparagus risotto
