Annual Cookie Exchange Dec 4

As usual, this is the time of the year to be thinking about cookies. I decided to host this year's cookie exchange earlier than usual due to everyone's busy schedule around the holidays. It will be taking place on December 4 at 4-6PM. Everyone is to bring a dozen cookies for each of the people attending and a dozen cookies to share at the party. I will be serving a light meal as we will be tasting a bunch of cookies that everyone brings.
In order not to go totally crazy with making cookies I capped it at 8 so we will only need to bring 108 cookies total if everyone shows up.
I look forward to seeing our intrepid bakers and cookie makers at the exchange.

Are there any allergies or dietary restrictions that I should be aware of?

My cookies will be attend, but I will be at the opera.

I will drop them off on my way to Chicago and pick up the exchange cookies on my way home. If possible, could I get a plate of cookies I would have eaten if I stayed? It will make a nice gift to my friend who loves opera.

I will make the State Fair cookies requested.
