McNair's Chicken and Dumpling recipe-Help!

Post #1 - November 15th, 2005, 10:25 pmMy friend lost her copy of James McNair's "Chicken" and she needs the recipe for the Chicken and Dumplings in it. If anyone has it, please PM me and I will be so grateful.I used to think the brain was the most important part of the body. Then I realized who was telling me that.

Search for dumplings. The first hit is, I believe, the recipe your friend is looking for. If not, one of the other two surely is.

If I do a screen print I get NOTHING in my copy buffer.
I tried grabbing text from a screen with SNAGIT 7 and it managed to get the extraneous text that wasn't from the book. Not the recipe.
Guess you have to buy the book or type it up yourself.

Post #6 - November 16th, 2005, 1:04 pmI managed to save the image in firefox by:
Right clicking on the page with the image on it and choosing "View Page Info"
Going to the "media" tab of that window
and finding the right image. Once you find it there's a "save as" button.
