There's been some enthusiastic interest about Pearl's lately on its main thread. But even before the thread became active again (right before the holidays), Danny offered that he'd love to host an LTH event over there sometime -- and it sounded like a great idea.
Flash forward to the specifics:
When: Thursday March 9, 6:30 pm
Price: $30/per person + tax and tip (so, figure about $39 per person all-in*)
Capacity: 24 seats
Where: 5352 North Broadway, Chicago, IL 60640, (773) 754-7419
*A small fee, charged by the order processing entity, will probably be added to this total. Additional beverages can be ordered at the event and will be paid for on separate checks by those ordering them.
The plan is to start at 6:30 with a 'Welcome Cocktail' (non-alcoholic also available) and some appetizers. After that, we'll be seated at 3 8-tops and as Danny put it, he'll bring out a mess of food; more or less a Greatest Hits-type menu, including Boudin Balls, Crawfish Cheesecake, Crawfish Monica, etc. If you have any specific questions about the menu or the offerings in general, please post them here and either Danny or I will answer them asap. That said, I'm guessing there is going to be a substantial amount of food served at this dinner.
If you want to attend, please post here with the number of people in your party. At some point in the near future, we'll set up a payment portal so everyone can pay in advance. But for now, signing up here gets you a seat at what promises to be a pretty awesome throw-down.

Ok, great. Please confirm the count asap. We're not full now but we could -- and probably will - end up there.
Separately, I expect to have the payment portal set-up by no later than mid-week. The all-in price for the meal (which will include tax and tip) should be $39 per person + processing fees.

We're now at capacity and additional sign-ups will be wait-listed. That said, if you've signed up and haven't paid, please do so by no later than Wednesday March 1. If your payment is not received by then, your spot(s) will go back into the 'available' category.
