Great new (to me) product: Zimchi

Just found this Wisconsin-made Kimchi-spiced condiment. It has limited distribution but can be found at Woodman's. It's a clever idea (Kimchi-spiced pickled vegetables) and my first jar disappeared quickly. The probiotic aspect may be a selling point to some but I like it because it's delicious.
