Has anyone tried this recipe of Cou Cou and flying fish? It is a famous cuisine of Barbados. My husband told me about this. He had been to Barbados for some official purpose, and he had happened to taste this dish. He loved it so much that now he has asked me to make it for him. I checked on the internet for a good recipe, but it’s too confusing. I finally selected this one, which I feel is the authentic one,
