Lunch spots near Illinois Center/233 N Michigan?

Can anybody help me out with some cheap, fast and (relatively) good lunch options near the Illinois Center (233 N Michigan)? The actual Illinois Center has a bunch of places but most don't seem particularly special (please correct me if I am wrong about that) . Middle Eastern in particular would be most appreciated.

There is a slightly Middle Eastern place (in that they serve other things as well) in the complex (I'm unsure of the name) at Michigan and Wacker. I'm sorry that I can't relate the name to you, but it is next to the Alonti Cafe inside, and they serve falafel and hummus plates (4.95 or so gets you about 6 falafel and assorted other goodies).
They also have good carved turkey sandwiches.

That would be Jaffa Bagels. Good turkey sandwiches and passable Falafel. Fresh juice as well.

There is also a place on Lake, just each of Michigan Avenue called Brian's Deli (or something to that effect). I like their falafel sandwich and mixed middle eastern plate a lot. Also serves subs and smoothies (although I've never tried those).

Bumping this thread for current info on cheap eats inside Illinois Center or a very short walk from the Hyatt Regency. I'm especially looking for places that have seating enough to accommodate small groups -- say, 8 or 10 or more. It doesn't have to be just lunch, but I'm assuming that most will be weekday lunch only.

I've been working in this general area for several years. My favorite in the building is DelMonico's. They have solid, made to order, Korean food. I saw on Yelp that they've been closed since July 3. I thought for sure that I've been there since then, but I could be wrong. It's worth checking out in any case. It's just past the Hannah's Bretzel, which is good, but doesn't really qualify as cheap.

One other place of interest in the area is the Farmstand on Randolph, near Wabash. They are hosting both crepes and the Saigon Sisters until sometime in October. The Saigon Sisters are doing a limited menu that includes made to order Bahn Mi, rice bowls and rolls. They have very limited seating. The walk and the limited seating may be an impediment though.

Just started working in this area actually. I'm no expert, but I can give you what little information/impressions that I have.

Hannah's is mostly made up of small 2 person tables. Probably seats about 20 people. Some days it's very busy and other days there is lots of space.

Khyber Pass is a sitdown and has a lunch buffet for 10.95. Haven't tried this yet, but it does have some seating inside.

I haven't been to Sweetwater, but there should be lots of seating there as well.

Tokyo Lunch Box has no seating if I remember right.

Halsted Street Deli has some decent sandwiches. Probably seats about 20 and fills up fast if you don't beat the rush at lunch.

I Love Sushi- haven't tried it, but someone I know liked the Americhinese stuff they also serve. Looked like a gloopy Panda Express mess to me though. Some small amount of seating outside for maybe 10-15 people.

Sopraffina Marketcaffe- Another coworker also liked this one. A little more pricey than some of the other options down there, but I admit the food did look good. Inside they probably seat 15.
