Post #3 - March 22nd, 2017, 5:46 amBest place for lamb is Fresh Farms. Tell the meat manager exactly what you want, usually bone in, price is about $10/# for whole lamb loin with bone.
I purchase a single whole loin and have them cut into two pieces. There is also a double loin cut.
What do actually want?

Post #5 - March 24th, 2017, 1:59 pmLocal Foods - Butcher and Larder - will get and trim exactly to order. If you're lucky they may have what you want already in house day of, but to be safe just call in advance to order for whatever day you need.Leek
