Post #3 - August 23rd, 2017, 9:16 amI had a business dinner probably a year or year and a half back and everything was good!
Instead of ordering individual dishes we went with the chef's tasting where we all shared a bunch of different items. Looking at the menu I had the tri tip, potato croquettes, Linguine with duck egg and duck confit, bread with bacon jam, and Head on Shrimp, Illinois Heirloom Grits, Homemade Bacon, Homemade Hot Sauce. Service was polite and attentive but it's not a place I'd be able to afford on my own dime. Enjoy a nice night out there if you can see for yourself!

Having eaten at both, you made the right choice. I found Two very disappointing (granted it was Restaurant Week which I've never had a good experience with but the issues went deep) while I was blown away by how good Salero was.

Crazy coincidence . . . I was actually sitting at the bar at Salero (first time there) when I read this post. Great experience but that's a story for another thread.
