Taste of Canton

Tucked away in the Chiu Quon plaza,this place is serving up some outstanding Cantonese food. Try the hot fried chicken (like dry chili chicken with a Cantonese twist),eggplant casserole with chicken and salted fish, salt and pepper squid ,short ribs with black pepper or stir fried e-fu noodles and I think you'll be(at least) pleasantly surprised. I was. Really good food carefully prepared and an exceptional value.
One of the better options currently around.

Thank you for posting about Taste of Canton, which just jumped to #1 on my must try list.

I was talking to another LTHer today about a kuhdo* he recently took. Funny thing is a recommendation from kuhdo never requires a kuhdo!

*When a meal is so unsatisfying you immediately have another to help erase the memory.

so glad this wasn't Canton, OH.
