NEEDED- Weber Ranch Kettle grill.

I am planning on cooking a fresh ham over charcoal this Thanksgiving and was going to borrow a Weber Ranch kettle grill from a friend. As luck would have it the grill is gone and my 35 gallon drum cooker is too small for the job. I've called all the rental places as well as Weber HQ out in Arlington Hts. to no avail. Laying out $1000 for one right now is not an option. Sooo ...does anyone have one of these grills, or axcess to, or knowledge of one that could be rented, borrowed or bartered for the upcoming holiday?
