British Baking on WTTW - iso featured items locally

Saw a show last week. Treats looked really Good.
Any places in Chicago area that make some of these items?

If it was the Christmas show, I think you can buy a Yule Log cake probably at a high end French bakery. I don't think its easy to buy the Christmas pudding. The British Christmas cake is a bit different than our fruitcake and I've never seen one in a store here quite like they made.

My wife makes an Excellent Yule Log. We have purchased them at those French bakeries, when time is short. Had a friend who made an outstanding Panattonne. She has moved. Trying to find her. No luck!
Interested in those puddings. Would like to try.

I finally got around to watching the Christmas show, so now I know what you are looking.

One place to try is Galway Bakers featured on this thread. If you check out their menu, it has Fruit cakes, Christmas puddings and mincemeat tartlets. All that is missing is Paul Hollywood's Chelsea rolls filled with leftovers from a turkey dinner.

Yes, it is an Irish bakery.

Jolly Posh Food (the store) has closed. The brand still exists, selling bacon and sausages through some grocery stores.

Prepared a half batch of Paul Hollywood's Turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce Chlesea buns.

These were well worth the effort and never needed the turkey gravy I warmed for a dipping sauce.
