Polish House /Polska Chata - Belmont Cragin

There is a new polish restaurant that has been open for a year in the Belmont Cragin neighborhood. Polish House. The restaurant is operated by a mother and her daughters. It is located in a strip mall and is quite cozy.

I went to visit and ordered the pork cutlet with mushrooms which is my favorite dish and it was one of the best , if not the best, i ever had. The portion was big and the amount of mushrooms on top was a lot. Everything about the meal was great. The presentation, the service , the food, and the atmosphere was very nice. They treat you like you are a member of the family.

Each day there is a special and the cook makes some one of a kind special dishes you can not find on any other menus.

This sounds great, and a nice alternative to GNR Smak-Tak (variety is the spice of life!). It almost makes me wish for the cooler weather of fall so I could check the place out (but not quite). .
