El Ancla - Good Mariscos In Dunning Neighborhood

I kept reading about Nayarit style seafood all over yelp.. and I never had Nayarit style seafood so I ventured out to this new Mariscos restaurant on Irving in the Dunning neighborhood.. El Ancla. They have a lot of choices but I just wanted to get something simple.

I chose a simple fillet of fish prepared Nayarit style. It came with rice and some grilled asparagus. It was awesome. The sauce was so good.. it was addictive. Have not tried the langostinos which are prepared that way but if they are anything like the fillet of fish I had.. I can only say wow.. and the fillet was very generous.

So now I am hooked on Nayarit style seafood..
