Post #31 - December 1st, 2011, 11:08 amMy dad's side of the family is German and we've got a family recipe for neck bones and sauerkraut cooked in a pressure cooker with lots of garlic. That's served with baseball sized dumplings that you could break a car window with. We used to have this at least every couple of weeks when I was growing up.
