In August of 2018, LTH member DrkDragon had this to say about Napoli Per Tutti:

(start post)New neopolitan pizza place opened up in Schaumburg.
    Napoli per Tutti
181 North Barrington Road, Schaumburg, Illinois 60194, United States
    https://napolipertutti.com

They are in soft open mode, and are not open for lunch yet. I like the chew of their crust. Feel the oven needs more breaking in time to get those nice black bubble chars consistent. I also feel like some of the pizzas are slightly underseasoned. Personal opinion of course, and it could be adjusted after some tuning up.(end post)

Hungry Hound had reviewed Napoli Per Tutti: https://abc7chicago.com/food/napoli-per ... g/4654830/

The quote that stuck out to me from Hungry Hound's article is "The pizzas take about 90 seconds to bake. Beware, those of you used to crispy, crunchy crusts - this is a wetter pie, softer in the middle and on the edge. There's no getting it "well done.""

I personally was hoping for more blistering/char on the crust but it was not to be. My pizza was tasty but missing something. Next visit I will ask if I can get the pizza cooked longer.

As mentioned I will go back but unless I can get the char/blistering on the crust it won't be a regular stop.

I did absolutely nothing and it was everything I thought it could be.

In my experience, true Neopolitan Pizza is wet in the middle. It's a feature, not a bug??

Yes. A bit charred and blistered outside, soft in the center.

Willie, your comment reminds me of our dinner at Forno Rosso. The pizza was wet in the center but it was great. The leftovers reheated well too, which is not often the case with pizza.
