My preference for thin crust over by there is actually Armand's, which I think is thinner/more cracker-y than Phil's, which can be inconsistent.
I think you should also wander around the corner to The Momo World and pick up a variety of momo. I'm guessing you're hanging at the PhD Pub, and I found the BYO-momo to work splendidly there when I met up with a friend at said pub this summer.
I was about to recommend Galata right there, too, but it looks like they've closed--a shame, as they served perfectly acceptable, if not mind-blowing, Turkish food. For Middle Eastern, your best bet there might be Zaytune's in Bridgeport--I imagine they'll get that far north. There may be some Loop options for this cuisine that I'm not familiar with, however.
You're *probably* in delivery range of some killer Chinese options, too--I'd bet A Place by Damao goes that far north, or at least MCCB (which I still like when entertaining folks who aren't into spicy).
An interesting Mexican option that *might* get over there is El Taco Azteca--run by an alumnus of Antique, these tacos are similar in their price and fussiness, but very good/totally worth it (as is Antique, which I didn't want to love but really do now).
There's also the outpost of Ghareeb Nawaz across the street, but as with the original, it is cheap and not everything is a hit, so order things that hold up well--I think they cook most of the stuff up north and ship it down.
The various places along Taylor street can be really hit-or-miss, especially the sundry Asian places. County BBQ is back open, and they're fine, better than Honky Tonk.
If I were you, I'd probably pick up food--Pollo Express and Yvolina's in Pilsen, then Momo World.
