Hi, I am looking to have an event catered and looking for recommendations for taco trucks or restaurants that do a great job with yummy food for drop off catering. Has anyone tried Big Star? Any other recs? Thanks!
This would be for an event in Lombard.

We’ve used Big Star many times and have been really happy with them. Excellent food, very professional, easy to work with, prices are good for what you get.

We had Big Star cater a family party 2 days ago (and have used them in the past after reading recs on LTH). They are great! Cost is surprisingly reasonable. Everything is neatly packaged and they offer items like a buffet kit with Sterno, serving utensils, etc (we didn't order these). The food has been a big hit with adults and kids. Also, we have some families members following gluten- and dairy-free diets and most of the menu items met these parameters. They deliver, though I'm not sure if they would travel to Lombard.

Antique Taco is also very good. They have catered several office events.

Isaac and Moishe's in Highland Park and Highwood regularly deliver Taco Bars to corporate events.

While it is far from Lombard, I have seen them deliver to Loyola Medical Center in Maywood. Whatever they do, they tend to do well.

We've had success with Flaco's Tacos as well. Not sure if Lombard is in their delivery zone.

Been to a couple parties that used Antique Taco. It was great and the hosts were very happy.

Love Big Star, haven't had their catering, but I'm sure it's well done.
