    New to LTHF...

    Anyone know where I might find a half pound or more of goose or duck liver (kinda like chicken livers sold in small plastic buckets)? I've started making pate...doesn't have to be foie gras grade(?). I'm thinking an Asian market might be the best bet, so I could also use a word or two on how to ask for it.

    I'd bet paulina market has goose and duck livers, also. Never had reason to ask, though.
