Please help my wedding taste good!

Hello! My fiance and I are trying to fund a tasty yet affordable wedding reception on a small budget (we are 25 and 24, respectively, and still haven't made the first million yet:) We will be having between 100-150 guests, and we would like to have it in a restaurant, one with good food (obviously), bartending services, and a possible outdoor area . Other perks would be valet,entertainment or use our own, decorations,and permission to bring in a cake from an outside vendor. We are looking to hold the wedding in August of 2007 in Chicago.
I am a HUGE food person and appreciate a good meal. I am willing to hold back on my wedding plans if it means I get to serve amazing food there, so keep that in mind. We have looked into Fulton's on the River and Salvatores so far, but are not against smaller, more unique establishments, as long as the atmosphere is great.
I know I have a lot of requirements, but does anyone have any good suggestions as to where we should hold it? Please help my wedding taste good!

Paco's dad & I are having our reception at Trattoria No. 10. (Coincidentally, we went to the tasting this afternoon.) I think that the quality of their food is quite good. Unfortunately, they do not have an out-door space, and they only do a few weddings each year. Their prices are quite reasonable, if you're willing to be flexible. Since they do a lot of pre-theater business on the weekends, they will cut their minimum in half if you start the reception after eight. I'll bet that other restaurants in the theater district have similar deals.
