I really think this is one of the best markets in the area. There's a great selection of produce--including lots of Mexican favorites, of course-- and every part of the pig, the cow, the lamb, the veal calf, and the chicken-- and an excellent and inexpensive deli--but today I draw your attention to some of the other treasures hidden therein. Consider filo dough, for example. They carry five or six different brands of frozen filo and another three or four in the dairy case. They also have zatter, and sumac, and grape syrup, and four brands of Nutella, and leen seed, and
mais caucha para tostar and pandebono mix and dried whole potatoes. Oh, and bacon buns from the Racine Bakery. And lots, lots more. Worth more than a detour.
