Bingham Hill had a pretty good product, and years ago I supported them by distributing their cheese in New England. They made significant invests of capital in growing their business and when their main customer, Trader Joes, pulled out, they were left with monthly costs that they couldn't meet with revenue. They closed their doors and laid off their 20 employees. The owners will go back to their former professions - the law and freelance journalism.

Yes. Judy's Bakery in Evanston. It was never clear if they did this legally or not, but eggs, basket, you know, all that.Leek
