The boneless, trimmed (no waste) ribeye. I was startled to see that this is
way low compared to reputable on-line resources such as Allen Bros. and Lobel's, which are well over $30 for apples-to-apples ribeyes. And you can't buy just a couple or hand-pick the one you like. I'm starting to wonder if I wasn't given a break on that price because I had a large order of other stuff...
Now, I'm confused: no one is selling prime strips for $11 per pound, are they?? That seems impossible.
