    Wow, the McRib is actually a disguised bahn mi with cha que. I'm more disturbed by the McRib bread than by the McRib meat. Pork loaf I can live with.

    I worked on the development of the McRib (I was at their ad agency). The big appeal of the product was that it could be cooked ahead of time and held in warm BBQ sauce, thus freeing up griddle space during the lunch rush. But our team lost when we were considering naming the product. We wanted to call it the "Pig Mac."

    HI,

    I now know what I am getting my Mom for Christmas. Yes, a McRib t-shirt!

    When we were in Champaign on Saturyday, she got quite excited to see the McRib is back for the moment.

    Which SW suburbs have them? The tour locator is basically useless since you have to search by zip code.
    When I grow up, I'm going to Bovine University!
