    LTH Sudoku: Medium difficulty

    Place a letter (E, H, I, L, M, P, T, U, Y) in each blank cell.
Each row (nine lines from left to right), column (also nine lines from top to bottom) and 3x3 black block bounded by the bold lines (nine blocks) contain each letter: E, H, I, L, M, O, T, U, Y).
When completed correctly, the center block will spell out common words across.

    nerrrrd :)

Good job on it, though. Did you take a pre-existing sudoku and just change the values of the numbers/letters around, or is it all from scratch?

and yes, it really is an LTH themed sudoku for the doubters.

Well, Gleam, you must have solved this awfully quickly. Perhaps a nerd you be also, but I prefer Sudoku Samuri. HYAA!

Yes, I did use a pre-existing puzzle. Computers have generated literally billions of them, and I see no need to compete. Some claim that Sudoku puzzles created by humans are more clever, but I have been unable to tell the difference.

This is in direct contrast to crossword puzzles. The top crossword puzzle authors are artists in my esteem.

The hardest part of creating my puzzle was making it LTH themed. I've toyed with a hard difficulty Sudoku but the theme would have to be more clever.

I should probably just concentrate on completing my LTH crossword, but I should probably try to finish one of my half-finished recipe posts first, as that may result in actual food!
