Based on today's Phil Vettel article on the ideal 7-course Chicago meal, I got curious as to what other people would choose for their last supper.

To get things started, here's my version of the ideal meal:
- Escargot and smoked tomato beignets at Scylla
- Salad of endives, crispy potatoes, basil, dijon, pancetta and poached egg from Blackbird
- Belgian ale steamed mussels with pom frites from Hop Leaf
- Quail egg ravioli from Schwa
- Duck confit mac 'n cheese from Menagerie
- Joe's baccala, Sicilian style, from RoSals
- Chocolate souffle from La Sardine
And top off the night with an 18-year Highland Park at the Red Lion
