Tensuke/Sea Ranch vs Sea Ranch Evanston vs Sea Ranch Wilmett

Tensuke in Arlington Heights is a full service grocery and has a much larger selection of fish than either Evanston or Wilmette. Wilmette is only takeaway, has a smaller, but good quality, selection of fresh fish and the sushi focus leans toward maki rolls.

Evanston Sea Ranch has a few eat-in tables, and a nice, but much smaller than Arlington Heights, selection of fresh fish and sushi.

Tensuke in Arl. Heights has reopened their sushi restaurant/bar.

the bar now seats 10, the dining "room" now seats 38. the chirashi at $8.75/bowl is still one of the best sashimi deals in town.
